Sales is the interface to our international cooperating manufacturers. An extensively networked key account management enables the marketing of the products developed via all the relevant distribution channels at home and abroad.

Product development

New and improved products create growth on the market. We develop product concepts and thus open up new sources of growth. To do so, we observe and evaluate the trends in the healthcare segment, new raw materials and product ideas.

Category management and consultation

Well thought out category management increases the added value. We manage the product categories for our commercial partners comprehensively and technically competent. In doing so our services include, among other things, product range analysis and recommendation, preparation of placement concepts, expert advice for the development and implementation of brand, product and design concepts.


Current trends continuously cause the developments of new brands. Our portfolio comprises more than 200 registered brands. The focus is on services features for brands in the categories drugstore, healthcare, food and non-food products such as: Research of new brands, design applications, warranty and evaluation of the registration process, marketing and licensing of brands to commercial enterprises based on individual marketing concepts and constant brand management (e.g. collisionss and product category).

Consumer service and market research

If you know your consumer, you know what drives him and are able to adjust your offers accordingly. By means of an individual service tool we are in direct contact with the consumer. This is how we can offer optimal services to the consumer. Moreover, we can gain valuable insights for our customers in terms of consumer behaviour, consumer needs and products.

Design & communication

Retail friendly packaging design is crucial for the sales success of a product. Thereby factors such as shelf environment and packaging material play an important role. We design sophisticated and eye-catching product packaging based upon market analyses and experience.

Quality assurance

We have a drug manufacturing permit as well as our own drug approvals and licenses. In all areas in which the finished product plays an important role, we ensure highest standards and our certified quality management ensures safety and quality standards. Our regulatory affairs department is specialised in the authorisation of: drugs and medical devices, food supplements, food for special medical purposes (FSMP), biocides.
