At WindStar Medical GmbH, we strive to make our website www.windstar-medical.com accessible. This accessibility statement applies to the aforementioned website.
We follow the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the Regulation on the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSGV). Additionally, we consider the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 in accordance with the European standard EN 301 549.

This tool offers the following customization options, which visitors can individually adjust via the accessibility button on the homepage:

  • Visual impairments: Support through contrast changes, font adjustments, and color modifications.
  • Screen reading: Option to have text read aloud and make the website compatible with screen readers.
  • Cognitive impairments: Assistance with reading and identifying important elements.
  • Seizure prevention: Disables animations and reduces risky color combinations.
  • Concentration difficulties: Reduces distractions and sets a clear focus.
  • Keyboard navigation: Enables full keyboard control of the website.
  • Plain language: Privacy policies and applicant data protection notices are provided in simplified language.

The tool also allows users to customize the website to their needs, such as adjusting font size, line spacing, word spacing, displaying the site in black and white, or using a simplified font.
